Piacentini & Son are looking for enthusiastic motivated Mechanical and Auto electrical personnel to work in the Panther Low Loader division. We have Picton based positions available for Heavy duty Diesel Mechanic to support this innovative industry leading product.

Piacentini design and manufacture the Panther Low Loaders in Bunbury Western Australia and have these low Loaders operating throughout Australia and currently in 4 countries across the globe. This product is innovative and has improved the safety and efficiency of Low Loaders in the Mining Industry. The low loaders in the region range from 80,000kg capacity to 450,000kg capacity. These low loaders are manufactured using modern technology to improve performance, reliability and ease of operation. 

Bunbury Based

Panther Field Service Mechanic Picton based.

• Working out of Piacentini & son’s Modern Bunbury workshop facility
• Travelling to sites across the state and with the opportunity for interstate and international travel
• Manufacture and assembly of new built products at our Bunbury facility
• Supporting and servicing Panther Low Loaders across various sites
• Scheduled Maintenance inspections
• Liaising with clients to ensure the product is performing as designed
• Feeding information back to the engineering and management team for continuous improvements 
• Field service Vehicle provided

Skills 

• Trade Qualified Heavy duty Diesel Mechanic
• Understanding of Hydraulic systems
• Understanding of modern Auto electrical systems (advantage)
• Able to use computer technology to diagnose  (advantage) 
• Able to represent the company in a professional manner
• Administration skills
• Safety Focused
